Social Welfare Studies

Towards a society where everyone can truly experience life
Modern-day Japan is faced with a decreasing birthrate and growing inequality.

Moving forward, there will be a growing demand for individuals with specialized knowledge and skills in welfare, along with strong interpersonal abilities to empathize with others.

In each course of Social Welfare Studies, students develop practical skills through work placements and fieldwork, and are encouraged to become key players in the creation of an ideal society, working to solve the diverse issues surrounding social welfare.
